Yesha is a sophomore majoring in Government while preparing for medical school at the same time. Yesha hails from New York and first joined Model UN during her junior year of high school. In high school, Yesha participated in conferences on the east coast, such as Rutgers, Columbia, and GWU. At her high school, she served as the USG for Crisis Committees for their own high school conference. This past year, at DartMUN VI, Yesha acted as the Assistant Director in the Chinese Politburo. This year, Yesha  is working as the USG for Special Committees.

Jorge is a sophomore pursuing a double major in Government and Italian with a minor in Public Policy. Jorge’s first exposure to model UN was during his freshman year when he acted as assistant director of the U.S. Cabinet for the Crisis Committees. This year, as USG of Crisis Committees, Jorge is looking forward to providing an intense and entertaining setting for the purpose of fostering interest in diplomatic relations. Outside of Model UN, Jorge is a member of the Mock Trial Society, Italian Club, and serves as an executive member for the Dartmouth College Democrats.

Emily is a junior pursuing a double major in German and History, with a focus on 20th Century Europe. She began Model United Nations as a sophomore at Haddonfield Memorial High School, located in the New Jersey suburbs of Philadelphia. Through the club, she participated in various regional and national Model United Nation's conferences, including those held by Georgetown, University of Chicago and Rutgers University. Emily also served as Secretary-General of her high school club, organizing the annual regional MUN conference hosted by Haddonfield. At Dartmouth, Emily has been an active member of Model UN both on the travel team and at the conference level. At DartMUN V, she served as Assistant Director of UNEP and the following year served as Director of Philanthropy, where she oversaw various initiatives that raised over $1000 for charity:water. This year, Emily is looking forward to organizing an engaging and stimulating conference that will encourage delegates to seek new and innovative solutions to some of our most pressing problems. Outside of DartMUN, Emily plays flute in the Dartmouth Wind Symphony and Dartmouth Symphony Orchestra and does research in the History Department.

Connor is a sophomore at Dartmouth working toward an English/Economics double major. Additionally, Connor shares academic interests that range from education to art history to physics.  A Dallas native, Connor served as President of his high school's Model UN club, attending national conferences and planning local ones. Last year, Connor served as the Director of the US Cabinet at DartMUN VI. On campus, you will find Connor teaching a ceramics class, hiking with the Dartmouth Outing Club, or practicing with the club lacrosse and squash teams.

Karolina is a sophomore at Dartmouth College, her home, however, is on the other side of the Ocean, in the Czech Republic. Prior to studying at Dartmouth, Karolina attended United World College in Mostar, an international school in Bosnia and Herzegovina, specifically designed to motivate international cooperation and understanding. Karolina’s experiences in the Balkans shifted her interests towards politics of the Eastern and South-Eastern Europe, Human Rights and the Media. At Dartmouth, Karolina is a Government Major, and Russian Area Studies and potentially also a Film Minor. She enjoys making movies with purpose, photographing for The D, coordinating the International House initiative for the ISA and singing in the Glee Club. Karolina began MUN in high school,  and since then attended multiple conferences as a delegate, but also directed a human rights committee at MostiMUN 2010, and co-directed the historical simulation of League of Nations at DartMUN 2011.

Noam is a junior at Dartmouth, majoring in biomedical engineering. Noam hails from Woodside, California. DartMUN VII marks Noam’s third DartMUN conference. Freshman year, Noam served as assistant director for DISEC. This past year, Noam directed SOCHUM. On campus, Noam is involved with STAND, a student-run anti-genocide coalition, on the cycling team, and plays ultimate frisbee. After two years of chairing GA committees, Noam is looking forward to her role as USG of GA committees and cannot wait for another amazing conference this year!

Sid is a sophomore pursuing a double major with degrees in Government, focusing on Comparative Politics, and Economics. Sid grew up in the suburbs of Chicago where he attended his first Model UN conference at the University of Chicago sophomore year of high school and hasn't looked back since. At Dartmouth, Sid is a member of the Travel team and served as the Director of the Chinese Politburo for DartMUN VI. Sid fell in love with working on the other side of the conference and decided to become more involved on the logistical side of the conference and serves as the Director-General of DartMUN VII. Aside from Model UN, on campus Sid works as an Undergraduate Advisor, works with underprivileged youth in the New Hampshire/Vermont area and is a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity.

Sean is a junior pursuing a double major with degrees in Economics, focusing on international finance and development, and Government. Sean first got involved in Model UN as a high school freshman in suburban Chicago. At Hinsdale Central High School, Sean served as Secretary-General and received accolades at conferences throughout the Midwest. Freshman year, at DartMUN V, Sean acted as Director of ECOFIN. Last year, Sean served as the USG for Crisis Committees. In that role, Sean oversaw all four crisis committees, including a three committee joint crisis that challenged the US Cabinet, the Chinese Politburo, and the African Union to resolve the dynamic conflict surrounding South Sudanese independence. This year, as Secretary-General, Sean looks forward to continuing DartMUN’s tradition of hosting engaging, educational, and memorable conferences. Additionally, he is excited to create an active learning environment that will challenge delegates to understand and wrestle with some of the most pressing issues facing contemporary diplomats. Outside the classroom and Model UN, Sean works as a Presidential Scholar, plays soccer for the Dartmouth men’s soccer team, tutors in economics, and is a member of Alpha Delta Fraternity.
