| High School/Juniors: Boucher comes to Dartmouth from the Fort Saskatchewan Traders of the Alberta Junior Hockey League. There, he posted an 11-9-2 record while allowing 3.38 goals against per outing. Boucher was 3-4 in the playoffs with a 3.43 goals against average, but his save percentage increased from .897% to .916% in the playoffs. An excellent skater who possesses quick reflexes and good agility, Boucher should compete for playing time right away with the Big Green.
Personal: Nick is the son of Butch and Carol Boucher. In his spare time, Nick enjoys playing golf. He names the Calgary Flames his favorite NHL team and goaltender Grant Fuhr as his favorite player. Nick enjoys listening to the Tragically Hip and says Chris Farley's Black Sheep and Tommy Boy are his favorite movies. |
