Herrington finished second in the league in scoring, was a two-time CJHL All-Star and was named the 1998 CJHL All-Star game's most valuable player. Showing an excellent knack for the net, he led the CJHL in shorthanded goals with eight.
Personal: Jamie is the son of Gary and Morna Herrington. He started playing hockey at six years old and his cousin -- Jeremy Kyte -- plays for UMass-Lowell. Jamie cheers for the NHL's Calgary Flames and for the Anaheim Mighty Ducks' Paul Kariya. Jamie's favorite movie is Braveheart, and John Grisham's "The Firm" is his favorite book.
