At Dartmouth: Charlie had an outstanding rookie season for the Big Green, totaling 11 points on six goals and five assists. He began his collegiate career with the game-winning goal in Dartmouth's 5-4 comeback victory over Boston College in the season opener. In the second half of the season, one of Charlie's linemates was often his brother, Brent. Charlie's favorite memory of Dartmouth's trip to Switzerland was the scenery.

High School: Charlie played his junior hockey with the Wexford Raiders.

Personal: Charlie says his favorite road trip was the Upstate New York trek to Cornell and Colgate. "Although it's the toughest place to play, I enjoyed the atmosphere in Cornell's rink." Among his hobbies, Charlie lists video games - specifically Sega Genesis Hockey. Charlie's favorite player is Wendell Clark, and he roots for Clark's former team, the Toronto Maple Leafs.
