Brian Flemming

Forward

At Dartmouth: Although he didn't see varsity time until the end of the season, Brian impressed the coaching staff and broke into the lineup, playing in eight games. Aggressive and tireless when chasing the puck, Brian is adept at mixing it up in the corners and freeing the puck, despite his 5-9 frame. With the loss of three forwards to graduation, Brian will be in the thick of the fight for more playing time this season. Brian and goalie Ben Heller bought distinctive, souvenir hats for 22 francs while traveling with the team in Switzerland.

High School: Brian was team MVP at Belmont Hill and was named to the All-Independent League first team while leading the conference in scoring in 1993-94. He also captained the soccer team and was a member of three league championship teams that went a combined 46-4-8 during his years.

Personal: Brian's favorite athlete is hard-nosed, forward Craig MacTavish of the Philadelphia Flyers. A fan of Seinfeld, Brian lists his favorite movie as Caddyshack. His favorite foods are Chinese food and chicken, and he says the toughest rink to play in is BrownÕs because "itÕs dark and gloomy."
