| At Dartmouth: Murray had a solid sophomore season as he recorded 21 points (7g, 14a) in 34 games. He had six multiple-point games and twice netted a pair of goals in a game. Murray had a five-game point-scoring streak (1/13-1/27) and collected seven points (3g, 4a). He netted both goals in a 2-2 tie at St. Lawrence (1/20) and also scored twice against Yale (11/17). Murray had his first collegiate three-point (1g, 2a) game in the win against New Hampshire (12/29). As a freshman, Murray played in 29 games and recorded four points (2g, 2a). He tallied his first goal in the first game of the season at Harvard (11/5). Murray netted his second in a 4-3 victory against Western Michigan (11/27). He picked up his two assists against Clarkson (1/30) and in the ECAC playoffs at Rensselaer (3/11).
High School/Juniors: Murray played for Noble & Greenough of the New England Prep School League and captained the team his senior year. Murray collected 51 points (19g, 32a) and was part of the Independent School League championship in 1998-1999. He was an ISL All-Star and won the team spirit award. The Daily Transcript named him co-player of the year.
Personal: Murray lists Friends as his favorite TV show and Rocky IV as his favorite film. He listens to U2 and Metallica, cheers for the NHLs Detroit Red Wings and enjoys watching Pavel Bure of the Florida Panthers. Murray started playing hockey at age four, and played with Michael Maturo in middle school.
