| Bob Miller joined the Dartmouth staff during the past spring season as strength and conditioning coach for Big Green teams.
Since 1999, Miller had worked at the University of Iowa, first as a graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach for football before being promoted to assistant coach.
Miller grew up in Stamford, Conn. A 1994 graduate of Southern Connecticut State University where he earned a bachelors degree in exercise science, he worked at Yale University as an assistant strength and conditioning coach from 1994-1997. At Yale, Miller directly supervised athletes in field hockey, gymnastics, lacrosse and baseball and assisted in training for football, mens and womens basketball and mens hockey.
From 1997-99, he was a graduate assistant at the University of Utah where he directed the training for womens soccer in addition to mens and womens swimming and diving. He also designed individual programs for athletes in football and mens basketball.
In 1995, Miller became a National Strength Coaches Association certified strength and conditioning coach.
Miller and his wife, Michele, have one daughter, Lauren, and reside in Hanover.
