| At Dartmouth: Baldwin had a breakthrough season for the Big Green, scoring a career-high 24 points, including a personal best 14 goals. The team was 7-3-1 when he scored a goal. Baldwin scored four times in a three game span (3/3-3/10) and added the only hat trick of the season for Dartmouth in a win against Union (1/26). He had six multiple-point games and twice recorded four-game point-scoring streaks. He had his only multiple-assist game at Yale (2/24). In the ECAC quarterfinals against Rensselaer (3/9-3/10), he had four points (3g, 1a). As a sophomore, Baldwin missed seven games with a number of injuries, registered seven points (4g, 3a) and was named ECAC All-Academic. Baldwin scored points in back-to-back games twice last season, including goals against St. Lawrence and Clarkson (1/28-1/30). As a freshman, he tied for second on the team with 23 points, and his 17 helpers were a team-high. In ECAC games, Baldwin was fourth on the team with 15 points (3g, 12a). He finished the season with five multiple-point games, highlighted by a four-point effort in an 8-1 victory against Air Force (12/27) at the Ledyard National Bank Auld Lang Syne tournament which got him named to the all-tournament team. Baldwin also earned ECAC Rookie of the Week honors twice.
High School/Juniors: Baldwin played with the Springfield Jr. Coyotes and was the team’s captain. He finished the season ranked fourth overall in scoring with 65 points (31g, 34a) in 32 games. He earned EJHL all-star recognition and was named King of the Hill at the USA Jr. A Tournament. Personal: Baldwin is a fan of the Carolina Hurricanes and Ron Francis is his favorite NHL player. Baldwin lists Top Gun as his favorite film. |
