Novice Schola at the Inn at Knotty Crossing

The Incipient College of Knottyng Cross in the good Barony of Stonemarche invite you for a day of learning the various arts of a scribe and an evening of revelry with a feast.

During the day there will be an extra room for those gentles not interested by any class but who would like to socialize, play music or games by the fireplace.

This is a dry site and handicapped accessible. Please no animals except service dogs. No open flames.

Directions

  • Take your best way to I89 North.
  • Take exit 18 (Hanover, Lebanon)
  • At the top of the ramp, take route 120 direction Hanover.
  • Follow the road until you enter Hanover.
  • At the first traffic light (with a gas station on the right), stay on the

right side of the road, Park street (the Coop food store will be on the right, Ledyard bank on the left). - Follow this road until the third traffic light. - Turn left at this light. - Pass the Dartmouth Medical School (on the right). - Take the first road on the right (Maynard street), it goes a little downhill. - Follow it until the stop sign (pass the Medical School administrative building and parking lot on the right). - At the stop sign, turn right. - Follow this street until the end and turn left (no other choice). - The road goes a bit downhill, the Hanover Country club is on the right and the DOC (Dartmouth Outing Club) House is on the left (there is a sign). - You can park anywhere on the right of the road (parking of the Country Club).

Event fees

The event is free for all, but donations are accepted. No non-member surcharge will be applied.

Feast: The fee for the feast is $10 per person, except for Dartmouth College’ students with ID for whom it is $3. Please, do not send any money in advance but we ask that you let us know before the deadline of November 15 whether you plan on attending the feast as the number of seats is limited to 30.
