*Instructions for submitting samples in 96 well plates. Samples must be submitted in an Applied Biosysyems MicroAMP plate, Part number N801-0560, no other plates will be accepted for the discounted rate. Minimum number of samples in the plate must be 80. Wells 3A, 8H, and 12E must be left empty for core facility standards. If submitting template and primer only for the core facility to do reactions and clean up; wells must contain no more than 15 ul. Completed reactions after dye terminator removal should contain 20 ul per well.
