Quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction The MB&P Core Facility maintains three QPCR instruments: an ABI Model 7700 and an ABI Model 7500 on the Hanover Campus in room 241 Remsen, and a third instrument located on the seventh floor of the Rubin Building. These instruments are available for use on a signup basis with a per run fee to cover the cost of maintenance and service.
