Research: Stephen Bobin's research interests center around the development of new techniques and modification of old techniques to provide new and innovative core services for macromolecular (DNA, RNA, protein) synthesis, sequencing and structural analysis. We are currently developing new methods for direct sequencing of genomic DNA and mass analysis of large macromolecules.
