The PE/ABI Newcommers guide touches on HPLC purification. I haven't as yet found a really good web page describing HPLC purification of proteins for sequencing.That's why the page is still under construction. We have just upgraded our HPLC capabilties greatly improving our ability to do protein purification and internal protein sequencing.
