| Plot: | Follows the life of a loving couple that is childless. Doubts about the doctor-s determination that it is Juana who is infertile are dispelled by the illegitimate son her husband Manolo fathered with a prostitute. He hopes to raise him as their mutual son, but the boy-s arrival marks a profound change in the couple-s life, as Juana struggles with her relationship with the child and her husband.

| Plot: | A bold, loose love story that is open to many interpretations, THE KISS THAT YOU GAVE ME takes place in the year 2006. Angela, the star reporter of an advanced digital cable channel is struggling through a failing marriage. Her husband upon splitting with her, kidnaps her son and brings him to the United States. Angela tracks down her ex-husband with the assistance of a lawyer and retrieves her son. The distance applied in director Sonia Fritz-s direction leaves much of both the relationship between the troubled lovers and the moral dilemmas surrounding the custody of the child will have viewers reading the film many different ways. This Puerto Rican film was made and released in the wake of the notorious Elian Gonzales emigration.
