Over the weekend:
Download the two Maple worksheets 'CSC Chapter 1' and 'Chapter Report 1'. They can be found in the CSC->Download CSC Worksheets section of the Math 3 website www.dartmouth.edu/~math3f98/math3.html. When you have these worksheets (unstuffed) on your desktop, start Maple and open the worksheets; print them; and also try activating the cells of the Maple worksheets on your screen. By Monday you should be certain that you can operate comfortably at this level of interaction with the worksheets. If you encounter problems, you can get answers to your questions in class on Monday or at the tutorial on Tuesday night. You want to be ready to engage the math of the CSC starting on Wednesday.

Over the weekend:
Your report on Chapter 2 of the CSC is due on Monday. (There will be a tutorial Sunday night 7:00-9:00 as usual.)
Also, don't forget to write a summary/critique of your graded report on Chapter 1. Compare your report with the responses in the grading key (located in the CSC download section of the Math 3 website in the list of Chapter Reports). Then write a summary reviewing the changes you would make in your chapter report if you were resubmitting it. For example, if you received a 10, then presumably you need only say that you would submit again the same report without changes. File this summary away along with your chapter 1 report for inclusion at the end of the course with the take-home part of the final.
