1. Start out going EAST on NH-10A/W WHEELOCK RD toward S MAIN ST/NH-10. (0.03
miles)
2. NH-10A/W WHEELOCK RD becomes NH-10/E WHEELOCK ST. (0.37 miles)
3. Turn RIGHT onto S PARK ST/NH-120. Continue to follow NH-120. (4.76 miles)
4. Merge onto I-89 S/NH-10 S via the ramp on the LEFT. (2.15 miles)
5. Take the US-4 exit- EXIT 17- toward RT-4A/ENFIELD/CANAAN. (0.29 miles)
6. Turn RIGHT onto US-4/DARTMOUTH COLLEGE HWY. Continue to follow US-4. (11.61
miles)
7. End at 1192 Us Route 4 Canaan, NH 03741-7842 US
Once you get to Canaan (after about 11 miles on route 4) you will see a fork in the
road. You will veer right (following route 4) and there are several white buildings
on the right. Mascoma Valley Pediatrics is one of the small white buildings right after the fork.
Park behind the building. Clinic is on the first floor.
