The M.A.L.S. admissions committee requires the completion of an application form, three letters of professional/academic reference, and an admission essay. The application and reference forms are provided here, for downloading, in Adobe's PDF format, for which you will need Adobe's Acrobat Reader program to read and print. If you don't have Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, you can download it here, free of charge.
