9:00 am to 9:00 pm. People often say that they want to help others in dire circumstances, fleeing genocide and wars, and losing everything to floods, earthquakes and famines. Then they think – there’s really nothing I can do. Well, here is a very definite way you can help. No experience and no supplies are necessary. Just come. Work as long as you wish, an hour or two or more. Cut fabric into blocks, machine sew the blocks into tops, fit the tops to backs and fillers, tie quilts, or sew bindings on. We have some sewing machines, and people bring their own as well. Meals and snacks are provided. Parking available on site. Please come, and invite a friend!
