Surfing for Christmas gifts, I made it to the online catalog of the Herrenhut Community. Among many other great things, they offer coffee mugs – always a useful gift, I thought! Taking a closer look ended my shopping spree quite abruptly, though, in laughter that required two handkerchiefs to dry the tears. Freeing, that’s what I’d call it. Out of stock!!! The one and only item in the whole catalog that is out of stock! It seems that I was not the only one imagining myself at work slaving away late at night or early in the morning drinking strong black coffee in that very mug and then reading the verse … Wonderful! Can you imagine what life would be like were the Herrenhut people to produce a couple of millions more of this mug?
