Amos Cook's will was written in 1841, and was probated in 1850. He d. 31 May, 1850 (buried Brookside)
Esther, 2nd wife of Amos Cook d. in Chester 16 June, 1859.
Notes of V. B. Clark: The Cook family ran a tavern at one time in Chester. He was found on 1820 census in Poplar Grove district. His son Ebenezer lived there after Amos' death.
