Polly Loodell (or Learned), b.- 1759, dau. of ---
They were m. --ca. 1778/9
Children (at least):
1. Polly, b. 9 March, 1786
2. Elizabeth, b. 29 Sept., 1788
3. Joshua Jr., b. 10 July, 1791 ....... d. 19 April, 1793
4. Joshua Jr., b. 29 July, 1794.
5. William, b. 15 Nov., 1798
Polly died in Chester, 26 April, 1827 (age 68).
Joshua m. 2nd, in Chester, Vt., 4 July, 1833, Miss Lucy Snell. (old goat! she was born ca. 1791, and about 34 years younger than he was, but this was sworn to as fact in his pension record).
Polly Snell, b. Hubbardston, Mass., 16 May, 1791, dau. of Elisha & Deborah (Gould) Snell.
