Denise writes: After graduating in June I went to England for three weeks with the men's lightweight crew team to race at Henley Royal Regatta. Upon returning to the US I went out to California to hike the John Muir Trail--230 miles from Yosemite Valley to Mt. Whitney with Corrie Francis, another Dartmouth 01. After briefly stopping in Washington and New Jersey I spent three months in South America with Christina Topping 01. We visited Argentina, Bolivia, Peru, and Chile.
Now I am settling in to a new house and job in Boston. I'm working at a non-profit, Project Bread--The Walk for Hunger and although I love my co-workers and the cause. I confess to missing my care-free traveling days.
