Creating Persistent Links to Licensed Resources

Several of the library's full-text, licensed resources provide a persistent or stable link. The links can be found in the citation or the database producer provides instructions on how to create such a link. Using persistent or stable links, guarantees that the article will be available throughout the term. To learn what resources are available online, search the eResources section of the Digital Library.

Here are some examples of databases that provide persistent link information in each citation: EBSCOhost, JSTOR, INGENTA, Project Muse, and Proquest.

Other databases may provide a Digital Object Identifier which can be used to create a persistent link.

If a persistent link cannot be identified or created, contact the course reserves staff for other options on making resources available online.
