Description

Book of hours created in France in ca. 1440. It contains thirteen full-page miniatures and twenty-four miniatures in the calendar pages. The text is written in a fine gothic hand. It is bound in blue velvet with silver clasps and in a clasped box stamped with the French royal arms. From the collection of Clarence H. Clark.
