This working paper is a supplement to: Tanalís Padilla and Louise E. Walker, eds. "Spy Reports: Content, Methodology, and Historiography in Mexico's Secret Police Archive." Dossier, Journal of Iberian and Latin American Research 19, no. 1 (July 2013): 1-103. JILAR dossier includes articles by historians who use these spy reports, as well as transcriptions of the documents (in the original Spanish). It also includes an article about the archive, entitled "In the Archives: History and Politics" by Tanalís Padilla and Louise E. Walker, and an article on the historiographical impact of the archive, entitled "Comments: How to Build Perspective on the Recent Past" by Pablo Piccato.
