ABOUT THE AUTHORS

WILLIAM F. FONTAINE is a Humanities & Social Sciences Reference Bibliographer in Baker Library.

LESLEY LEE FRANCIS is the daughter of Lesley Frost and the granddaughter of Robert Frost. She received her Ph.D. in romance languages at Duke University. After ten years of college teaching she joined the professional staff at the national office of the American Association of University Professors in Washington, D.C.

DICK HOEFNAGEL, Professor of Maternal and Child Health (Pediatrics) Emeritus, documents another bit of College history with his article on the Flude medal.

KENNETH C. CRAMER, who personifies the College's memory, is its Archivist and a member of Special Collections in Baker Library.

VIRGINIA L. CLOSE is a Humanities & Social Sciences Reference Bibliographer in Baker Library.
