Memberships
A Ledyard membership is a great way to save money on rentals if you plan to be a frequent renter! Memberships are also required of any Dartmouth students wishing to participate in any club trips- be they whitewater kayaking, canoeing, or big trips like Spring Trip. You can purchase a membership at the club during normal business hours (click here for directions), or you can visit Julie Bell in the DOC business office in Robinson Hall. One-year memberships expire exactly one calendar year from the date of purchase; student career memberships expire the day of a student's graduation from Dartmouth.
Membership categories and prices:
- General year: $90
- Student year (rentals): $40
- Student year (rentals & trips): $50
- Student career (rentals): $120
- Student career (rentals & trips): $150
- Faculty/staff year: $70
- Family year: $120
We also have lifetime memberships available for Dartmouth students. These can only be purchased at the DOC business office, and include the same benefits of a regular membership, but they last a lifetime!
- Before a student's 5th reunion: $200
- After a student's 5th reunion: $500
Note: Student career memberships expire the day of graduation, 4 years after a student's matriculation.
