painting. It is also the most disinterested, as it cannot be converted into an
object of personal gain nor can it be concealed for the benefit of a few
privileged people. It is for the people. It is for everybody."
This course gallery is a collection of digitized still images of mural art,
paintings, sculptures, performance art, museum spaces and photography, which can
be accessed by the members of the LATS 41 course at Dartmouth College. Because of
copyright protection issues, this art cannot be made available to every person
who has access to the World Wide Web.
