Links to Federal Reserve Economic Research
The Federal Reserve System
is made up of 12 regional Federal Reserve banks and the Board of Governors in Washington. The banks and the Board publish their own economic
journals both in paper form and online. You can subscribe to the journals for
free by contacting their libraries, even if you live outside the U.S. You can download the full text of the articles in pdf form. Federal Reserve publications are in the public
domain. They are a great teaching resource. You can copy them all you like and
give them to your students. If you do,
drop a line to the authors, they’ll be glad to know. You can browse or search each
journal individually or you can search Fed in Print,
which also includes many other Fed publications, such as conference volumes.
