Most Americans born in the last several decades are familiar with the slogan "Leggo my Eggo," upon which Kellogg subsidiary Eggo Waffle, Inc. was able to build a sizeable waffle empire. This empire is now in its dotage, but its very existence stands as potent testimony to the power of a catch phrase that is, phonetically, quite simple. Jack-O-Lantern researchers thus proposed, using advanced linguistics software, to subject the slogan to permutative altering using several other popular "-go" variants. Here is a photographic summary of our results; we leave it to the public to judge our success.
