Kevin Jackson '10 is a native of Caracas, Venezuela. An Economics major he hopes to one day become the benevolent dictator/technocrat to finally bring prosperity for all Venezuelans. But it'lll be a while before all that.......
At Dartmouth, he has been busy at work re-building the Intl. Students Association into the awesome creature it is now since his freshman winter, yet he'd be lost in a Venezuelan jungle without the help of our amazing execs (and they are amazing).

Samantha Mandel is a Linguistics and Psychology double major from Gainesville, Florida. She is currently directing all of ISA's policy initiatives and runs multiple dinner discussions and panel events every term that focus around international student policy issues. She also represents the International Student Community to the administration. She loves everything about being in ISA (especially working with the awesome exec board team and going to random ISA bonding events).

Yana Ernazarova ’12 is a proud member of the class of 2012 at Dartmouth. Ethnically Russian, Yana was born in Kazakhstan and lived there for 15 years, leaving for Austin, Texas her senior year of high school. She loves ISA and is very passionate about it, so GO ISA!

Velizara Passajova ‘10, legally an adult in the US, hails from Sofia, Bulgaria.
The main focus of her current life is the challenge of understanding herself, others and the world. Velizara's hobbies include studying art (preferably in Rome, Italy), tramping New Zealand's mountains, forming strong bonds with strangers, receiving massages, and...world peace. Miss Bulgarian Accent is delighted to be working on the ISA team of wonderful leaders and looks forward to our future projects.

Franziska Hertel ’11
Director of Communication
Franziska Hertel ’11 was born in Berlin, Germany and grew up in the smallest of towns near Vienna, Austria. She has been fascinated with all things American since a very young age, and is now following her passion at Dartmouth, majoring in American politics and memorizing the biographies of American presidents. Interested in international issues and global understanding, she loves working with the ISA to increase diversity at Dartmouth.
