Pamela L. Peedin was appointed Chief Investment Officer (CIO) on February 1, 2011. As CIO, Pam oversees Dartmouth’s Investment Office and the management of the College’s endowment. She is a 1989 graduate of Dartmouth College and a 1998 graduate of the Tuck School of Business. Pam previously served as CIO of Boston University (BU) since May 2007, where she established the institution’s Investment Office that provided day-to-day management of BU’s $1 billion portfolio.
Prior to joining BU, Pam was a managing director at Cambridge Associates, an investment consulting firm providing asset allocation and implementation advice to not-for-profit, family and corporate clients. She serves as a member of the Investment Committee of the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum in Boston. Pam began her career in educational administration.
Megan Hammond joined Dartmouth in September 2007 as a Managing Director for the real assets portfolio. Prior to Dartmouth, Megan was a managing director at Cambridge Associates, where she worked on constructing private equity and hard real assets portfolios in partnership with a broad range of institutions. Megan graduated magna cum laude from Dartmouth College with a bachelor of arts degree in 1990 and earned both an MBA and a Master’s in Environmental Studies from Yale University.
Kelsey Morgan joined the Dartmouth College Investment Office in 2012 as a Managing Director for Marketable and Hedged Strategies. Prior to Dartmouth, Kelsey was the Associate Director at Willett Advisors where he assisted with manager selection and portfolio construction for the group's fixed income and public equity portfolios. Previously, Kelsey held positions with Investor Group Services in Boston, MA and Nautic Partners in Providence, RI. Kelsey graduated from Dartmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2002, and earned an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College in 2008 where he was a Tuck Scholar.
Mike joined the Dartmouth College Investment Office in 2011 as a Managing Director. Mike oversees the private equity and venture capital portfolio, and contributes in other asset classes as well. Prior to Dartmouth, Mike was a Partner at FLAG Capital Management, a private equity and venture capital fund-of-funds. Mike also worked at Cambridge Associates from 1997-2000, and in the Columbia University Investment Office during the summer of 1996. Mike graduated magna cum laude from Dartmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1991, and earned an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College in 1997.
Heather is the Director of Investment Operations. She joined the Investment Office in June 2008. Prior to Dartmouth, Heather was a manager in the investment management practice for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Boston, MA. Heather is a licensed certified public accountant (CPA) in the state of Massachusetts. Heather holds a bachelor of science degree and a master's in accounting degree from Wake Forest University's Calloway School of Business.
Maria Rublev is the Office Manager/Executive Assistant for the Investment Office. She has joined the Dartmouth team in September 2011. Maria serves as the primary point of contact for the Boston office and provides extensive administrative support to the team. Maria holds a Bachelor of Psychology and HR Management degree from York University, Canada.
Shara joined the Dartmouth College Investment Office in 2014 as an Investment Analyst. Prior to Dartmouth, Shara was an Investment Analyst at the Williams College Investment Office. Shara graduated from Williams College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2012.
Joe Celli joined the Dartmouth College Investment Office in March 2014 as an Investment Analyst. Prior to joining Dartmouth, Joe was a Senior Consulting Associate at Cambridge Associates, where he worked with a range of client portfolios for foundations, endowments, and family offices. Joe graduated from Dartmouth College in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics.
Kerri Gandin joined Dartmouth in November 2013. Prior to this, Kerri worked in asset management at AEW Capital Management in Boston, and in years prior, at Ernst & Young, where she served in the Assurance & Advisory practice. Kerri is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Massachusetts. Kerri holds a bachelor of science degree in Business Administration from Merrimack College and a master's in accounting from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management. As Investment Operations Associate, Kerri supports the senior investment team in the management and oversight of Dartmouth's endowment, specifically for the marketable portfolio.
Barbara Ibey is the Senior Investment Operations Manager for the Investment Office and has worked for the College for over 20 years. Along with being responsible for the daily cash management activities for the fund investments of the College, she is also the primary contact for receiving gifts of securities in-kind.
Anand joined the Dartmouth College Investment Office in 2015 as a Managing Director for Marketable and Hedged Strategies. Prior to Dartmouth, Anand co-headed the public markets program at the duPont Trust with research and manager selection responsibility for the global equity, fixed income and absolute return portfolios. Previously, Anand worked at Safeguard Scientifics and in investment banking at Broadview International (Jefferies). Anand graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1998, and earned an MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in 2006.
Michal Pramik joined the Dartmouth College Investment Office in June 2015 as an Investment Analyst. Prior to joining, Michal was an Associate Investment Director at Cambridge Associates. Michal graduated with distinction and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 2011. He is a CFA charterholder.
