Below are the forms that you will need to submit your proposal for leading an ILEAD Study Group. What you will need is: either the proposal form for winter/spring or fall; book order form, and the equipment request form. The other items are for reference when composing your course proposal.

What we would need: A title, course description (200 words or less), and a bio (80 words or less).
