Background Information on the Strategic Plan:

On July 13, 2011, President Pete Bleyler announced that the Leadership Council had approved ILEAD’s new strategic plan. The plan is the result of a formal strategic planning process that ILEAD leadership and members undertook to chart a course for the organization for the next three to five years. The strategic planning process included focus groups, a survey of members, discussions with ILEAD leadership and talks with ILEAD members as well as potential ILEAD participants. The plan lays out the five major goals that have been established for the 2012-2015 period, and identifies the initial set of tasks that will be undertaken by a series of task groups
