After a presentation on the development of the Gospels, participants will be asked on succeeding weeks to read each of the four Gospels in the New Testament with an eye for the particular characteristics attributed to Jesus by the authors. There will be some lecturing during each of the first five weeks, with significant discussion expected. There will be the chance for participants to report on what difference such an examination may have made for them.
Class is limited to 15 members.
R. Stewart "Stew" Wood, Jr. is a graduate of Dartmouth who has served the Episcopal Church as a priest and bishop, primarily in the Midwest. He and his wife, Kristin, moved to Quechee following their retirements three years ago.
