The Roots of Terror: not so simple!

We’ve seen the television; read the newspapers; perused the books, so probably we understand who and what causes this terror. Right? Probably wrong! Although the sound bites and video clips have painted a picture, as usual it’s a lot more complex. Assaf Moghadam, a German national, for years fascinated with terrorism in his homeland, joins us from the Kennedy School at Harvard to dispel some popular ‘misbeliefs’ and add several thought layers to our appreciation. An expert on suicide terrorism, he’ll guide us down some dark paths and at least suggest other roads we might consider pursuing.
