Confessions Of A Lazy Gardener

Annemarie Godston

Mondays, 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
March 22, 29 - April 5, 2004
D.O.C. House

The course participants will find that flower gardening can be enjoyable and physically bearable. Gardening need not be a large and complicated, or physically taxing, process, nor one requiring constant garden care. The garage need not be overburdened with tools and chemicals. We will NOT discuss indoor plants, vegetable gardens or greenhouses. Those are a whole different issue. It is hoped we can ALL contribute and learn from our common needs, ideas and solutions. We'll mostly talk and share rather than read and study. Come join the fun.

Class is limited to 20 participants

Annemarie Godston has gardened since she was a very little girl helping her mother in the family garden. She went to Wagner College to earn a degree in Elementary Education and later on to Central Connecticut State University for additional studies specializing in the teaching of Reading. She became a Master Gardener through the University of Connecticut Extension Service in 1988. After retiring to NH, she joined the NH Master Gardeners but did most of her gardening "online" due to physical limitations and the normal aging process. Her garden flourishes even with VERY limited care.
