What do the decade following the 12/16/1773 Boston Tea Party, the 4/12/1861 attack on Fort Sumpter, and the 10/24/1929 Stock Market Crash tell us about the decade to come after the 9/11/2001 attack on World Trade Center?
With the realization that history is cyclical, we can and should learn from the past about the challenges and possibilities of the future.
This two-week mini course based on the Strauss and Howe Generations paradigm will attempt to provide possible answers to the question, "What happens next?"
Class is limited to 20 participants.
Hersh Cross raised in Baltimore. Degree from Johns Hopkins University in economics and political science. MBA from Harvard. Spent 6 years in the US Army and 32 years at General Electric. Retired as Senior VP and corporate chief of staff.
Tom Simon raised in Cincinnati. AB from Brown University in philosophy. MA from Xavier University. Has been a Study Leader since 1994 and this is his 15th course and the second time as co-leader with Hersh Cross.
