Registration and Fees

Registration fees will be $75(US) for current members and $100 for non-members. Students should apply for a scholarship by sending an e-mail to thomas.h.luxon@dartmouth.edu that states your institution and your thesis director's name and e-mail address.

The outing to Canterbury Shaker Village will cost an additional $40 per person and the banquet on Saturday the 18th requires a separate fee of $60.

Swimming, boating, hiking, biking and golf opportunities abound in the surrounding area. You will receive a brochure that details these with your registration confirmation.

To register, make reservations and pay, scroll down this page, download the Registration PDF linked at the bottom of this page.

Completed registration forms and full payment are due by May 15, 2007.

Lodging and Meals Reservations

A limited number of rooms have been reserved at the Hanover Inn, a deluxe hotel on campus, for the special rate of $97 per night; first come, first served. For those staying at the Inn the Dining Plan is optional though highly recommended.

We have reserved rooms in the newest Dartmouth dormitories--McLane Hall and Fahey Hall. The buildings are fully air conditioned and include single and double rooms. Bathrooms are not en-suite, but ample shower rooms, toilets and lavatories are supplied separately on each floor. Each floor also includes comfortable lounges and kitchen areas; there is even a grand piano. These accommodations cost $47 per night and along with them you must purchase a declining balance meal plan from Dartmouth Dining Services. DDS offers nine different dining venues, including kosher/halal and vegetarian options. A $72 card will buy you four breakfasts, three lunches, and 2 dinners. Other meals will be arranged specifically for the conference.

Parking will cost $15 per vehicle for the duration of the conference. You may also purchase a four-day pass to the athletic facilities (new gym, pool and advanced fitness center) for $20 per person.
