The definition of "family" at Dartmouth College includes same sex domestic partners and their children. The College intends same sex domestic partners to be treated in a manner equitable to married spouses in all aspects of College life, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The general rules and regulations governing benefits eligibility also apply to same sex domestic partners.
