Beatriz Cantada
- Serves as the Affirmative Action Representative for Dartmouth's Professional Schools
- Responsible for compliance with EO/AA search & selection procedures in professional school faculty hiring
- Monitors the operations of the Institution's non-discrimination policy and grievance procedures
- Acts as a liaison to Employee Resource Networks (Black Caucus, Native American Council, Coalition of Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual & Transgender Concerns, International Employee Network, etc.)

- Manages production of annual Affirmative Action Plan, divisional reviews, and other reports
- Develops and maintains information management systems related to faculty recruitment and staff transactions
- Reviews campus access and employee 504/ADA accommodation requests
