Susan Rosales Nelson

  • Produces annual Affirmative Action Plan, equity reviews, other reports to the campus community
  • Responds to requests from Federal and State agencies, private organizations, campus offices, and other institutions of higher education for information, data analysis, and periodic reporting requirements
  • Reviews faculty hiring at the Dartmouth Medical School

EO/AA Coordinator

  • Coordinates production of annual Affirmative Action Plan, divisional reviews, and other reports
  • Develops and maintains information management systems related to faculty recruitment and staff transactions
  • Reviews campus access and employee 504/ADA accommodation requests

  • Manages office communication, scheduling, other administrative functions
  • Assists in the administration of the Diversity Reading & Film Groups and other office initiatives

Gabrielle Lucke

  • Develops, plans, and presents new and existing educational curricula and programs designed to facilitate understanding and awareness of equity, access, and diversity
  • Trains and supervises Dartmouth facilitators in the presentation of training programs and workshops

Child Care

Director, Child Care Resource Office

Susan Lloyd

  • Oversees staff at Dartmouth College Child Care Center (DCCCC), Child Care Project
  • Directs grant-supported programs
  • Monitors development and integrity of programs with regard to financial and programmatic accountability
  • Maintains relations with local and statewide employers, state agencies, the United Way
  • Participates in local, state, and national advocacy and planning on child care issues

  • Manages the operation of the child care center
  • Enrolls children and families, overseeing classroom composition
  • Maintains licensure with the New Hampshire Bureau of Child Care Licensing regulations
