Assistant Director for Equal Opportunity & Affirmative Action

Beatriz Cantada

  • Serves as the Affirmative Action Representative for Dartmouth's Professional Schools
  • Responsible for compliance with EO/AA search & selection procedures in professional school faculty hiring
  • Monitors the operations of the Institution's non-discrimination policy and grievance procedures
  • Acts as a liaison to Employee Resource Networks (Black Caucus, Native American Council, Coalition of Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual & Transgender Concerns, International Employee Network, etc.) 

Assistant Director for EO/AA

William Hankel

  • Manages production of annual Affirmative Action Plan, divisional reviews, and other reports
  • Develops and maintains information management systems related to faculty recruitment and staff transactions
  • Reviews campus access and employee 504/ADA accommodation requests

Office Manager

Kelly Cusick

  • Manages office communication, scheduling, other administrative functions
  • Assists in the administration of the Diversity Reading & Film Groups and other office initiatives
  • Maintains budget

Training & Educational Programs

Gabrielle Lucke

  • Develops, plans, and presents new and existing educational curricula and programs designed to facilitate understanding and awareness of equity, access, and diversity
  • Trains and supervises Dartmouth facilitators in the presentation of training programs and workshops
  • Chairs the Steering Committee of the Diversity Reading & Film Groups
  • Coordinates communications, develops promotional materials

Diversity & EO/AA Programs Assistant

Molly St. Sauveur

  • Supports development and delivery of training and educational programs
  • Develops and maintains information management systems related to programs
  • Provides support for 504/ADA projects
