Evelynn Ellis

- Collaborates with student groups to address diversity concerns

Director for Training & Educational Programs
Gabrielle Lucke
- Analyzes institutional and organizational training needs to develop new initiatives and to modify and improve existing programs
- Conducts and arranges for ongoing diversity, inclusion and cultural competency training and personal development classes for employees
- Plans, develops and provides training resources and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, retreats, meetings, conferences and workshops
- Confers with institutional leadership and management to identify training needs based on issues of difference, compliance, institutional change and other factors influencing a dynamic and multifaceted workforce
- Develops and organizes training manuals, multimedia visual aids and other educational materials
- Supervises the IDE Program Assistant and student interns
- Responsible for the Training and Educational Programs and the MLK Celebration budget
- Serves as the institutional leader for Dartmouth's annual Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration and Social Justice Awards
Assistant Director for Equal Opportunity & Affirmative Action
Beatriz Cantada
- Serves as the Affirmative Action Representative for Dartmouth's Professional Schools
- Responsible for compliance with EO/AA search & selection procedures in professional school faculty hiring
- Monitors the operations of the Institution's non-discrimination policy and grievance procedures
- Acts as a liaison to Employee Resource Networks (Black Caucus, Native American Council, Coalition of Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual & Transgender Concerns, International Employee Network, Veterans Network, etc.)
- Serves as the Assistant Title IX Coordinator
Assistant Director for Equal Opportunity & Affirmative Action
William Hankel
- Manages production of annual Affirmative Action Plan, divisional reviews, and other reports
- Develops and maintains information management systems related to faculty recruitment and staff transactions
- Reviews campus access and employee 504/ADA accommodation requests

Kelly Cusick
- Manages office communication, scheduling, other administrative functions
- Assists in the administration of department sponsored initiatives and events
- Maintains budget
IDE Program Assistant
Molly St. Sauveur
- Supports professional programs and events designed specifically to engage employees
- Coordinates and supports programs or events out of the IDE office
- Responsible for design and artistic layout for paper/web publications
- Assists the Director in the annual Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration and Social Justice Awards
- Responsible for the management of Training and Educational Programming and MLK Celebration budget
