The Compensation Team provides expertise by evaluating pay practices and
market conditions, participating in surveys, and supporting the HR consultants
and managers with position classification, position descriptions, and salary
recommendations.

We have replaced the paper-based position classification and review process
with the Dartmouth Online Recruit and Review (DORR) Web-based system.
DORR training has been conducted across campus for individuals from each
division.
