Change Management

The change management series consists of a variety of self-help tools for managers to make change in a planned and managed or systematic fashion or to respond to change triggered by events originating outside of the organization (e.g., legislation, shifting economic tides and currents, and so on).

The intended outcomes of this change management series are with regard to the human aspects of overcoming resistance to change in order for organizational members to buy into change and achieve the organization's goal of an orderly and effective transformation.
