Your HR Consultant

Your immediate supervisor should routinely be your closest and best resource in planning for or responding to the many situations that you will encounter as a manager. In their absence, however, or to obtain more clarity and guidance about College policy and practice,  your assigned HR Consultant is your critical resource for any HR-related need. The HR Consultant serves in a dedicated role to your division, and can provide you with one-stop support from HR, drawing from a variety of specialists within the Office of Human Resources, ranging from Benefits (Health, Disability, Retirement), to Compensation, to People Services and Employment, and with links to EIS/Payroll as well as the F/EAP.

Deborah Grant, Director—HR People Services, 646-1753, provides human resource guidance and service and directly supports the President's Division.
