Recruitment Consultants in the Office of Human Resources offer full-cycle recruitment services to hiring managers on campus. We work closely with individuals to add value to the recruiting process and ensure that you have the support and expertise to hire the best qualified candidates to meet your business needs.

Our Services Include:

  • Advising on recruitment strategy

  • Orientation for search committees/search panels on best practices: interviewing skills, marketing strategy, building diversity, due diligence, record keeping, screening candidate pools, phone screening candidates

  • Sourcing and networking of candidates

  • Assisting with building diversity in candidate pools 

  • Offering strategy, sourcing and placement of job advertisements

  • Attending job fairs – national/regional/local/diversity

  • Providing Dual Career Network services

  • Coordinating temporary employment services (with negotiated rates)

  • Recommending search firms

  • Providing customer assistance for background checks and job applications
