SUPPLEMENTAL BENEFITS PROGRAM

Winston Benefits, a leading provider of employment-based benefit programs, offers various supplemental benefits to benefit eligible employees. New hires and employees that experience a status change will be offered these benefit plans during the first 90 days of employment.  All other benefit eligible employees will have the opportunity to enroll in these benefits at Dartmouth's annual open enrollment.

AFLAC HOSPITAL INDEMNITY INSURANCE

•  This coverage helps employees and their families pay for deductibles and coinsurance, as well as everyday living expenses due to a hospitalization

•  Benefits are paid directly to the insured regardless of other medical coverage

•  Portable: Coverage is 100% portable. You can take your coverage with you if you leave employment for any reason

•  Rates: rates do not increase with age
