• A Health Savings Account (HSA) is available when electing the Indemnity Plan.
• Dependent eligibility is through age 25, regardless of student status.
• Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA): Employees in a non-exempt position or an exempt position earning $60,000 or less in salary are eligible for up to $250 (prorated based on FTE) in their FSA. Click here for a list of Crosby Benefit's eligible expenses.
