The week of January 7, 2008, Crosby Benefits will be sending to all
participants both a new flexible spending debit card and educational materials
about how to use the debit card. You have the option to use the card for
eligible purchases or to continue to request reimbursement using the old paper
process. You have the option of whether to activate your card. If you have
questions about the flex debit card program after you receive your materials,
please call the Benefits Office at 646-3588.
