OPEN ENROLLMENT 2018

**HAS NOW ENDED**

The open enrollment period for the 2018 plan year has now ended and your window to make changes is now closed. Unless you have a qualifying life status change, you will not have another opportunity to change your benefits coverage elections until the Open Enrollment period next fall.

ID CARDS

Here is what you can expect from each carrier in regards to new ID cards:

Cigna Medical/Cigna Vision

  • Each family member will receive new ID cards if enrolling in a different plan.
  • Cigna Vision cards have the name of the subscriber only.

CVS Caremark

  • The primary member will receive new cards in their name only, if:
    • New to having coverage
    • Changing between plans

Delta Dental

  • If primary member is enrolled in 2017 and enrolls in 2018, no card is sent even with our new options.  The ID number remains the same.
  • If primary member is already enrolled in dental and adds dependents
  • If primary member is a new enrollee, card is sent.

Fidelity HSA

  • New members will receive a card.  Card is good for 3 years.  Pirmary member only will receive a new card if their card has expired.

HCFSA

  • New member cards will be mailed.  Card is good for 3 years.  Primary member only will receive a new card if their card has expired.
