Mother’s Day Bracelets
We will cover the essentials you’ll need to string your own bracelets—tools,
supplies, techniques, etc. Make your mother, grandmother, partner, spouse or
yourself something special for Mother’s Day! Materials fee: $10. To sign-up,

Beading
Beginner beaders come learn how to make earrings! We will cover the
essentials you’ll need to make your own earrings. With these skills and a fun
selection of bead and findings we will make a variety of earrings including
short, long and chandelier. Come explore! This is a two-part class.
Participants must attend both classes. Pre-registration is required. Materials

Beginning Quilting
The quilting group meets on Mondays from 6 to 9pm in the Colburn Hill
Conference Room. Bring your own equipment and projects. Limited help is
available if you’re new to quilting. Recent projects include a Carpenter’s
Wheel, a Lone Star, Storm at Sea, a T-shirt quilt and some small Mariner’s

Scrapbooking
This spring the Scrapbooking group will hold an all-day scrapbooking
workshop/retreat! Join us to work on your scrapbook, work on your photos and to
learn new techniques. There will be projects for both new and experienced
scrapbookers and door-prizes! For more information about materials or to RSVP,

Stamping
Come enjoy the craft of rubber stamping. All events will be from 5:30 to
8:30pm in the DHMC Level 2B Conference Room. The materials fee for each class
is $20. To reserve your space, e-mail Katy Kull by the Thursday prior to
each event.
- April 22 – Gift Baskets: A creative new twist on a gift basket. This will
be a great gift for anyone’s mom. Not only will we decorate the gift basket,
but we will fill it with a picture frame, notebook and several cards.
- May 20 – Seasonal card class: We will create 10 beautiful cards that
highlight summer activities and holidays.
- June 17 – Card portfolio: We will create 10 beautiful cards and a portfolio
to hold them. This will be a great way to learn how to use a paper cutter.
